Call out fee
Call out fee will be imposed on each job depending on work locations and travelling distance. This amount mainly covers truck repairs and maintenace, labour to get to work and associated insurance. We always do our best to keep this to the minimum and you will be informed in relation to this extra flat charge upon quotation.
Toll / Parking
Any Toll or street Parking meter paid by us arising from jobs will be directly billed onto your removal bill.
Specialty Wrapping
Shrink wrapping and other appropriate protective wrapping are available upon request at pre-negotiated price according to amount in length used. (Excluding the free removal blankets which are included in the truck for each job.) Please let us know if you need this service when you are booking us in.
EFTPOS, bank transfer & cheque transactions
Merchant fee of 3.5% will apply if the removal bill is not paid in cash upon job completion.
